Eligibility

Eligibility

To receive services, individuals must be eligible for funding through a Community Board, such as Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD), and be unable to pay for services independently. At ICE, we are committed to providing safe, supportive care, and may need to decline services in cases where safety concerns arise, such as if behaviors or the environment pose a risk to staff, if there are legal concerns, or if we are unable to secure approval from the funding source. We work closely with individuals and their families to ensure the best possible support is in place.

Funding

Funding

Individuals who need support can request services directly from ICE and take on the financial responsibility for the associated costs. More often, individuals seek funding through government sources to cover the costs of services. Services will begin once ICE has received written confirmation of funding approval from the designated funding source. We are here to guide you through every step of the process to ensure the right support is in place.
