Residential Shared Living:

Residential Shared Living:

ICE provides 24-hour residential supports, typically in rental units, that provide all the comforts of an individual’s home. ICE promotes and encourages individuals to choose the location of the residence, the furnishings, and the routines of the home to assist in creating a meaningful home environment.

Our dedicated team will introduce you to your home, your potential roommates, and your staff over a series of meetings and social settings to determine a great fit! All individuals involved must agree to the match prior to service commencement.

Vocational Services / Respite Services / Supported Independent Living:

Vocational Services / Respite Services / Supported Independent Living:

ICE assists individuals with disabilities who require one to one or small group support in a variety of areas. This includes assistance to implement behaviour management programs, educational/vocational programs, in-home or out-of-home respite, community access or supported independent living.

ICE supports successful skill building through well-trained and focused team members who work inside and outside of the home environment.  This includes facilitating activities like volunteering, sports/recreational activities, finding a job or job training and accessing the community! Together with our skilled employees, individuals are empowered to choose which skills they want to learn or improve.

Support Home Services

In a Support Home environment, an individual chooses to live with a family in a home setting. Individuals in this model of support are typically involved with family activities, spending time with family members within the community and in the home. ICE will facilitate matching individuals with the right home environment which can include families of all varieties.
