History
Incorporated over thirty years ago, ICE operates provincially in Alberta and employs staff members in residential and outreach capacities, operating residential homes throughout the province, and serving a broad range of individuals. ICE is well equipped to deliver individualized service to a wide range of people, including to those who have complex needs and who originate from a wide variety of backgrounds. ICE is a recognized leader in service delivery methods to assist individuals to achieve positive outcomes.
ICE holds accreditation through the Alberta Council of Disability Services – Creating Excellence Together (CET), including the Complex Service Needs Designation. ICE also achieved the Certificate of Recognition (COR) through external evaluation of ICE’s robust health and safety program. ICE is a recognized sector leader in quality of service for individuals and in health and safety of employees.
Senior Leadership
At ICE, our management team brings decades of expertise and dedication to the disability sector, with more than half of our senior leadership having served with ICE for over 20 years. This wealth of experience enables us to provide exceptional service while staying true to our core values of integrity, caring, and empowerment.

Regional Managers
ICE has Regional Managers in each of the four regions of operation. In addition to these team members, ICE employs a full time Manager of Operations, Health & Safety Specialist, and Client Behaviour Services Consultant to ensure smooth and safe operations for individuals and employees.
