ICE holds accreditation through the Alberta Council of Disability Services –Creating Excellence Together (CET), including the Complex Service Needs Designation. Achieving CET accreditation highlights to all stakeholders—service providers, staff, funders, individuals using services, and potential employees—that ICE is committed to delivering exceptional service. Maintaining this accreditation further establishes ICE as a leader in service delivery and a dedicated advocate for continuous organizational improvement and excellence.

ICE also achieved the Certificate of Recognition (COR) through external evaluation of ICE’s robust health and safety program. The Alberta Certificate of Recognition (COR) is awarded to employers who develop exemplary health and safety management systems that meet the highest provincial standards. Issued by the Certifying Partner in collaboration with the Alberta government, the COR certification is a significant achievement. For ICE, obtaining this prestigious certification highlights the organization’s commitment to creating a safe and supportive work environment. It acknowledges that ICE’s health and safety system has been rigorously evaluated by a certified COR auditor and meets all provincial safety standards. This accomplishment not only showcases ICE’s dedication to safety but also delivers tangible benefits, such as reducing workplace injuries and significantly improving employee morale.
