Hiring Requirements
Independent Counselling Enterprises aims to provide quality services to our clientele. In order to ensure our standards are achieved we require prospective employees to provide us with the following minimum:
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check (within the last 6 months)
- Emergency First Aid/ CPR Level A certificate (*within first 3 months of employment)
- Two Employment References (past supervisors)
- Valid Open Work or Study Permit (if applicable)
- Pro-Active Behavior Intervention (PBI) (*On-site training provided in this area)
All prospective employees are required to attend Pre-Emploment Training!
