With over a decade of experience in the disability field, Dasha has developed a deep passion for supporting individuals in their personal growth and success. She has a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in addictions and mental health. Throughout her career, Dasha has worked in various settings, including addictions treatment programs, homeless shelters and counselling centers, where she gained hands-on experience and expertise in addressing complex challenges. Since joining ICE 10 years ago, Dasha has held both front-line and office positions, gradually progressing to her current senior management role. Dasha is passionate about problem-solving and thrives in environments that foster communication, collaboration and strong working relationships. Dasha finds great fulfillment in supporting others and watching them accomplish goals, whether personal or professional. Her dedication to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment continues to drive her work and the success of those she serves.
