Hiring Requirements

Independent Counselling Enterprises aims to provide quality services to our clientele. In order to ensure our standards are achieved we require prospective employees to provide us with the following minimum:












  1. Clear Police Security Clearance
  2. Standard/Emergency First Aid/ CPR certificate
  3. Two Positive Work Related References (No Personal References)
  4. Pro-Active Behavior Intervention (PBI) (*on-site training provided in this area)
  5. Child Welfare Investigation Search application (*response on file first 3 months of employment)

In addition we require all employees to attend Pre-Employment Training. This training provides employees with an overview of the organizations mission, standards, policies & procedures.
