Non-Residential Team Coordinator (6 Month Term)
Terms of Employment: Monday - Friday 9-5pm (may include occasional evenings/weekend hours) - 6 month term position
Location: Edmonton Main Office
Posting Date: November 20, 2023

Hourly Range: To be discussed at the time of interview
Commitment: One Year Required
Job Description:
This position is responsible for:
- To assist Community Rehabilitation Managers with program management
- Evaluation of staff on a regular basis (after 3-month probation and annually)
- Monitoring programs to ensure they meet client needs and follow care standards
- Scheduling one to one staff meetings
- Schedule and chair individual service planning meetings for clients on a regular basis
- Monitoring client documentation as required by Independent Counselling Enterprises policies
- Liaison with guardians and other service providers as required
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in rehabilitation or related field required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a community rehabilitation environment required
- Advanced time management, organizational and effective interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as be a team player required
- Must have a vehicle, valid drivers license with 3rd Party $2 Million Liability Coverage
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search required
- Computer skills required
