Live In Weekend Staff ( 1 Vacancy )
Terms of Employment: Friday Night to Sunday Night
Location: Northside Area
Posting Date: January 14, 2012
Closing Date: February 15, 2012
Salary Range: To be discussed at time of interview
Commitment: One Year Required
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with daily living routines including personal care
- Involving clients in integrated community outings and activities
- Dealing effectively with behaviours
- Working as part of a residential team
- Light housekeeping duties and meal preparation
- Maintaining appropriate documentations and records
Qualifications:
- Experience working with people with disabilities required
- Experience working with challenging behaviours an asset
- Experience working with personal care an asset
- Must have a clear Criminal Record Check & two work related references
- Vehicle, valid driver’s license and 3rd party $1 million liability insurance an asset
- Valid Work Permit ( If Applicable )
