Hiring Requirements


Ice Independent Counselling Enterprises aims to provide quality services to our clientele. In order to ensure our standards are achieved we require prospective employees to provide us with the following minimum:












  1. Clear Police Security Clearance must be within last 6 months and/or submitted within first 3 months of employment
  2. Emergency First Aid/ CPR Level A certificate (*within first 3 months of employment)
  3. Two Employment References (past supervisors)
  4. Valid Open Work Permit (if applicable)
  5. Pro-Active Behavior Intervention (PBI) (*On-site training provided in this area)

In addition we require all employees to attend Pre-Employment Training. This training provides employees with an overview of the organizations mission, standards, policies & procedures.
